Perform general house cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas to hotel-quality standards.
Make beds, change linens, and wash linens as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
Assist with organizing and decluttering spaces to enhance overall appearance and functionality.
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to meet client expectations consistently.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to ensure uninterrupted service.
Communicate effectively with managers to address client needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Communicate orally and in writing regarding any damages, stock shortages, or conflicts with guests, ensuring transparency and resolution.

Must have your own vehicle for transportation to various cleaning locations.
Previous experience in hotel-quality Airbnb cleaning and residential cleaning is required.
Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness to ensure thorough cleaning.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
Good communication and written skills in English.
